Real-time coaching during an active training session. I watch you work and give immediate feedback on mechanics, timing, criteria, and shaping decisions. Includes a session recording you can download an re-watch as often as you need, and a written summary of session plan recommendations, next step approximations, and how to achieve them.

A focused, asynchronous review of your training in action. Submit a 5-minute clip with your goals and I'll send back an annotated video walkthrough with detailed feedback you can re-watch as often as you need, along with a written summary of session plan recommendations, next step approximations, and how to achieve them.
